We are proud to welcome three new members to our Board of Directors!
Sukeji Modi, a 21-year-old university student, will serve as one of two student board members. Appointed by our Girls Advisory Council, she serves alongside Syeda Areesha Fatima, a student from Pakistan, to voice the ideas and concerns of girls we serve. Her superpower is community-driven activism: after participating in the mentorship programs of our South Sudan partner Crown the Woman, she started her own initiative for girls.
Kimberly Vitolo brings her nonprofit executive leadership talents to our board. She is the Chief Operating Officer of the White Ribbon Alliance. Her superpowers include strategic planning, finance and compliance management, inclusive grantmaking, and high-impact processes and systems -- everything She’s the First needs as we grow.
Natalya Muravchik is our new U.S. Board Treasurer. She is an Executive Director and Wealth Advisor with J.P. Morgan Wealth Management. Her superpower is networking and financial strategy that will set her clients (and us!) up for long-term success.
