The Girl Gazette shares girls' voices from around the world who work with our Partner Coalition organizations. Girls express themselves through art, poetry, and essays about their experiences.

Four girls from our partner Sacred Valley Project in Peru (Juana, Ordania, Anali, and Rocio) created the activism poster above. These young artists believe that education is not only important for their own growth, but also gives them the tools to overcome obstacles and choose their own future!

The She’s the First Partner Coalition provides important funding and support to community-based organizations that work with girls in the Global South, including the girls who contributed to this edition! The Partner Coalition includes 15 women-led organizations in 10 countries across East and West Africa, Latin America, and South Asia.
