The latest edition of The Girl Gazette is here! This edition highlights an incredible poem about girls’ leadership, a critical essay about a patriarchal community, and body-positive artwork encouraging girls to end period stigma.
The Girl Gazette amplifies the voices of girls globally and gives them an outlet to express themselves through art, poetry, and more. We highlight girls around the globe who are a part of our Partner Coalition organizations.
With your support, the She’s the First Partner Coalition provides transformational funding and supports community-based organizations serving girls in the Global South, including these Girl Gazette contributors! The Partner Coalition consists of 15 carefully selected women-led organizations across 10 countries in East and West Africa, Latin America, and South Asia.
Girl Gazette contributors volunteer to share their voices as part of their own advocacy efforts, to contribute to the future we all want to see: where all girls can choose their own future.
The Girl Gazette is published twice a year in English and Spanish. The girls give you permission to share the Gazette widely with your community!
