She’s the First is a proud partner of The Girl Project, Glamour’s philanthropic initiative dedicated to providing access and tools to the more than 50 million girls around the world who aren’t getting a secondary education. A three-year grant, funded by Maybelline, not only provides scholarships annually to 66 STF Scholars in 10 countries, but also supports our campus programs and general operations.

She’s the First receives unrestricted, general operating funds from the NoVo Foundation on a multi-year basis. This means that we get to apply the funds where needed most and we can make better long-term decisions. If more grantors took NoVo’s approach, the nonprofit sector would be stronger for it!
